I would go there again. The AC vents drip water on you, one is even right over the drink machine, so who knows where they are dripping in the kitchen. As for the staff, you can tell they don't want to be there. Just standing at the counter as the only patrons we had to wait while the cashier swept the floor (poorly at that) and then seemed to have an attitude like we interupted her in some important task. This is a let down considering better experiences elsewhere with JB.

Family of 13... all ordered food and after the lady gave us three sauces, another worker told her after 2 she needed to charge. So I guess 2 sauces per family max is a new rule? I thought it was per person or per order.. guess not. Glad we were just passing through.

If I could take stars away, I would! I sat in line for 14 minutes. When I got to the window, the employee was rude and her co-worker was "dancing" saying "work it! work it!". My chicken was still frozen and the bun was soggy.  I wouldn't feed that sandwich to anyone.  When I tried to call to tell them, because sometimes things get missed, the phone rang and rang, and was never answered.

Messed up my order wouldnt fix it...place was dirty. Bathrooms were hideous..took forever...wish I could give 0 stars

I almost always prefer stopping at a Jack in the Box for a drink or a potty when out on the road. This one was clean and freindly. I got my large Diet Coke and I was ready to drive on.
