Staff is patient & helpful when ordering. Eat-in food is brought to your seat. The Breakfast Jack is delicious & delivered wrapped in paper with one end of the sandwich open & ready to eat. The paper is even carefully folded back into an upside-down cuff, like burgers of days in the forgotten past at Los Angeles burger joints. Great Food !

Excellent service. They were quick and didnt not messed up my order even though I made a complex order. Everything was so clean and they managed to keep the customer line going with efficiency. Definitely not your ordinary Jack-In-the-box establishment.

My order was incorrect and was not given a receipt. Called to let them know what happened. Went back and they did fix my order. Had a fried chicken club type sandwich. Was tasty and like the Jack Splash drink. Reminds me of a Sonic Cherry Limeade. Refreshing in the heat.
