Incredible work and patience
I happen to over hear a gentlemen call with a lame attempt to chastise the girl working today while having a haircut. From what I over heard this man never even stopped in but instead his Nanny brought a child in and they could not be taken as I was having my hair cut. The nanny left but most have said something to this individual that chose to call and berate the manager.
Some people have a lot of gall and nerve to complain as a third party. Sad. Negative Nelly's.
My children always have a great experience. This place is such a find.

I have always had an excellent experience at Jack and Jill.  I have taken my 3.5 y.o. son there since his first haircut at 1 y.o. and go with my wife, my mother and even my sister sometimes!  It's a great family atmosphere, staff is professional, courteous, quick and friendly.  Great place to go if your kid hates haircuts or if you want them to like going--as my son does!

If I could give this place no stars I would!! The owner of this salon DISCRIMINATES against other ethnicities if you are not of Caucasian descent. I am just as American as anybody else who was born here like myself. Not to mention, she's very unprofessional and the grammar on her website is atrocious. When it came time to pay, $40 minimum on a credit card and then a $1 convenience charge if it's under! Last I heard it's illegal to put a minimum for credit. For the prices you pay and the treatment I got, I would rather take my business elsewhere. Plenty of other salons in the area that specialize in children's hair which I ended up researching after this experience. Shame on you Jack and Jill!

This used to be our favorite place for haircuts. The last two visits all the staff has left. The new women have Zero experience. My two sons left with the worst haircuts I have ever seen. My youngest so have cuts all over his neck from the razor. I told the owner her response was "we are bringing them up to speed". At $50 for two kids haircuts they should be practicing on dolls!!!
