I took my vehicle to Jack Jones in order to have the motor replaced. It took almost 2 weeks for him to replace the motor. I get the car back that Friday & ended up having to take it back that Tuesday because there was a leak in the exhaust manifold (which was told to me by another mechanic). He replaced the cracked manifold & the next week I got my car back. Well, that Sunday I had to have the car towed from Clemson Road because it cut off on I-20 on my way home. That time he said it was the crank sensor & the spark plugs which he charged me to replace. I was still hearing a humming noise when I drove the car so I took it to 2 different mechanics who are stating its still the exhaust manifold!! Jack Jones is saying its the fan hmmm.... 2 vs 1.... I've decided to forget about the 90 day warranty he provided on the motor as it is not doing me any good. I can't afford to take my car to him every week. My friend was going to have her car fixed there I told her to take it somewhere else. Now, on top of the close to $1700 I paid in order to have my car fixed, I now have to find another mechanic to fix my exhaust manifold which was suppose to have been fixed previously!! I will never deal with him again, i've learned a $1700 dollar lesson!!!
