We finally found our perfect retirement home in Lewes De. After months of searching and many many walk throughs we made our choice. Thank you April Ireland so much for the many weekends you spent with us and showing us so many areas including the Marina's to check out for our boat. Your professionalism, good humor and warmth made this a easy experience for us.  Especially at closing when you again went out of your way to help us  switch over the utilities from the previous owner. You're a gem ! Rented a house in August from Jack Lingo and we had a wonderful time. Our agent, Amanda (and her fellow agent Lynn), was very helpful and responded promptly to all inquiries. The house was very nice and located in a quiet community close to the beach. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again next year.

I highly recommend lingo for a buyer or a seller. They offer a wide variety of services for listing your house renting your house or showing you houses. The family has a very highly respected reputation in the community for as long as I can remember.

We rented from this company during our four-month stay in Rehoboth Beach. The company was very helpful getting the rental arranged on short notice and provided an excellent value for a long-term vacation rental in the off-season. After move-out we were accused of taking a cable box from a spare bedroom and disabling the internet prior to move-out (which was still working for us right until we moved out) and are expected to pay any and all related charges. They do seem to have nice rentals and have a large number of offerings in the area, but you'll want to protect yourself accordingly in your dealings with them (we've never had this kind of problem before, and we've been bouncing from rental to rental seeing the country for the past two years). Record EVERYTHING and check EVERYTHING before you sign, and make sure you document EVERYTHING on move-out as well in case accusations are made.

Lingo has largest selection of vacation rentals in Rehoboth Beach. Several people on rental staff are very nice (Kathy and Andrea are two that are very nice) some are crabby.
