Been with State Farm for 31 years! No reason to switch! Jack and his office took good care of my policies when I moved - even saved me a few dollars by reviewing my policy and finding extras that weren't needed from years ago.  Thanks Jack...!

I have been receiving junk mail for over a year now. I used to throw them in the recycling. I then began to realize that I receive one every week. At that point I called the company and spoke to a lady who said she would take me off the mailing list. When this didn't work out I began to mark the letters with a "return to sender". I am still getting the junk mail. 

Based on this experience, I would not recommend Jack Praxel for any insurance needs. They appear to not listen to customers. The tactic of mass-mailings demonstrates their lack of receiving customers from word-of-mouth. I currently go through All Lines Insurance. They have demonstrated to go above and beyond to meet my insurance needs.

We have been customers of Jack Praxel and Company for many years.  Everyone in the office is professional and knowledgeable and very helpful in answering any questions I have about my insurance coverage.  State Farm Insurance is a strong insurance carrier with a wide variety of insurance and services.  I always recommend the Jack Praxel State Farm office to anyone who asks me about insurance.
