A loyal customer of four years, since the start of my interest in road cycling. Scott, Roberto, and all other excellent employees have educated and guided my needs better than expected. They are highly educated about every product and service they offer. Jack's gives you what best fits your needs, nothing more. By "nothing more", I mean no employee will attempt to sell you unnecessary products/services to boost sales.

However, they will give you always more. Always more value than expected in every repair, product, or service.

For example, I had a race in the evening, that morning my rear derailleur cable snapped from under my right hood, I could no longer shift gears. I brought my bike in to the shop and explained the situation. Without hesitation, Rob and Scott had my problem solved within a couple of hours. I successfully raced later that evening with no equipment problems, but unfortunately I'm pretty sure I got my ass kicked. Try this at another shop...it probably won't happen, I guarantee it.

Thanks for all of the great service and never scamming a broke college kid.

Having drove almost 2 hours to view a brand of bike not available any closer to home, was more than impressed with the service we received today. The two gentlemen working "one of which was the owner" were very polite courteous and quick to answer and make sure we understood the answers to all of our questions and that we were going to get the best fitting bikes possible. Prices were very competitive and reasonable. Would much rather support a small family business where you are treated as a valuable  customer instead of just another number. Give them a call or stop by well worth the trip thank you again. Would rate six stars if possible. Ample parking nice neighborhood  very clean and easily accessible establishment.

Scott rented me a simple, great bike at a very reasonable price. Very friendly service, I felt like a friend.

I have my road and tribike serviced here.  I recently had them do a fitting for my tribike. Both Rob and Scott knew what was wrong before they even measured.  Experience as riders and techs is what sets them apart.  They make recommendations and explain the reasoning behind it.  Great shop to deal with.
