Bought a new 2017 Subaru Crosstrek and about 3 weeks later i hit a deer with it :( took it into Jacks body shop and they fixed it up in 4 days! Later on a few months after the accident i noticed my headlight was leaking water very badly, there was no visible signs of damage. So i took it back in and they ordered a new headlight and installed it within week. They took care of me and i will be more than happy to bring another vehicle into their shop if the needs arise!

Based on the reviews, at first I thought I was in good hands, but turn out not to be. The reviews can be a hit or miss. Very unsatisfied with the repairs on my truck. The amount of money my insurance company paid them, you would think the shop will repair everything in timely matter, in great quality and great workmanship. That wasn't the case, the communication was great towards the beginning, but started to fade out. Based on my experience I don't think this shop does well with major damage to vehicles. Small or simple damage might be their best key points. Had to take my truck to another shop and they walked me through all the stuff that was wrong, from a loose front fender, horrible workmanship, and missed body damage. Unfortunately this shop did not own up to its 5 star reviews.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. It was easy to quickly get a repair estimate. They dealt with the insurance company and made sure the repairs were approved. Got my car in and repaired in a very reasonable time period that worked with my schedule. Their work is of such quality that If I hadn't seen the damage caused by another driver hitting my car, I'd never know just by looking, what repairs had been done to my car. They also went above and beyond the repair of the exterior damage by taking the time to also vacuum and clean the interior of my car as well. This is a business that truly knows how to treat their customers. They were great!!! Kas

Wonderful service with friendly people! My car was returned in better shape than when I had dropped it off.. (not just the repair). I'm pretty sure they cleaned out the inside too! 👍🏼😁 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️
