Purchased a cute puppy from a litter of 6. Has a genetic liver problem.  Kids instantly fell in love.  Choice: return for refund, they put puppy down, and break kids heart or keep puppy, pay $70/bag for prescription dog food, and keep kids happy.  My kids are happy.  I'm sad that Jacks gets there dogs from puppy mills.

BUYER BEWARE. THIS IS A DIRTY PUPPY MILL! PLEASE don't shop here. They do NOT breed for health. They breed puppies here on a mass scale and they are treated like disposable products and not family members. We bought our golden retriever here back in 2007 (not a decision I would've made). There were several breeds and litters to choose from (which is a huge red flag in itself), and all neglected in bare cages in a poorly lit room. No toys, no outside time...Jack was extremely unfriendly also and acted like we were a burden just for being there. Our new puppy had fleas and was immediately told by our vet how bad his hips and joints were. Obviously very poorly bred. My dog is now 10 years old, is a sweetheart and I'm so thankful he's made it this far but he doesn't walk right, never has, and can now barely get up off the floor. His quality of life would be so much better if he was bred right and it just doesn't seem fair. I agree with other reviews: shut this place down!!!

We purchased a Jack Russell terrier 15 1/2 years ago (the runt of the litter)and she just passed away this week. She was the most wonderful dog I've ever had. I'm coming back soon to get another one. Hope we can find another one like this, full of love and energy

Staff are never friendly. Dogs spend way too much time in cages. Just left there and there is a brown lab that's stomach is so distended he couldn't even get up. Laying in his pee on top of his newspaper shaving bed. I don't know how this place hasn't been shut down yet. Really really sad.

this is awful they treat their dogs poorly and i feel so bad for them. they are lying on newspapers and every time jack walks by they run to the back of the cage. i got my dog from them and he had such bad anxiety for a long time and would get so nervous when ppl would walk by him. they never have water in their bowls except when jack puts it in their cage but then takes it away. they need a loving home.
