Absolutely worst experience I've ever had out! The employees acted like they didn't want to be there, they were super rude to myself, friends and boyfriend and were just horrible to us! We came in as joyful happy customers and left as disappointed and mad people because of their bad behavior in their customer service position! All they did was continuously ask us to leave because they wanted to close up early even tho there was more than two hours left!! We were paying customers but I guess they didn't care about that all they seemed to care about was getting us out of their and being annoyed at our mere presence. Next time we go bowling it will be in the next town over! Not at Jacks house!!

Clean, up-to-date equipment, excellent software and computer graphics, electronic bumpers available for individual bowlers and go up and down for each bowler, and great music selections. Fun for date night, family outing, or company team building. Fast and pleasant staff and very reasonable prices. Example: thursday late afternoon, six people, two lanes, two full games, shoes, and two pitchers of soda and one pitcher of water for $63.

Worst place ever to go and bowl! They were extremely rude and had told us that we had to go with every interaction we had with them even going up to get a pop!! That was completely rediculous since they were doing this at 8 and donor close until 10! The employees just wanted to leave and even vacuumed while we PAID to play music right next to us!!!!!!!! This is extremely aggravating I want my money back for the bowling and for all the music I paid for and couldn't listen to thanks to the horrible staff:
