Two of the last three times that I went thru the drive thru, I didn't get what I ordered, even after I pulled up and waited for more than ten minutes to get two grilled chicken sandwiches. Got to work and opened up the first sandwich and it was a double cheeseburger not chicken. Two times before that I ordered two sausage biscuits and added cheese to them, I ordered cheese, paid for cheese, got to work, no cheese. I won't be back.

This place is extremely slow at taking orders. After a 20 minute wait in line, I finally gave up. Customers have jobs to be at and don't have all day to wait. The employees were having a great time playing games. While the line continues to grow. This would be a great place if it actually had a manager that made sure employees stayed on task!!!!!!!!!!!

Not your average Burger Shack found here in the south. Certainly better quality food and possibly even better service than McDonald's, Burger King, Krystal's, or Wendy's. We pulled in because the sign they had by the highway advertised a peach milkshake that this Georgia Southerner couldn't resist.... completely forgot the milk shake after browsing their scrumptious menu but not complaining considering I couldn't even finish my burger. Not in the first sitting anyway. THAT'S A FACT JACK!
