I love the chicken fingers with the comeback sauce. The pork chop dinners sre good too. Several flavors of ice cream to cool off after a walk through Noccalula falls park.

Walked into Windows full of flies. Took photo and employees just continued talking and commenting to one another about ppl taking pics of the flies. Creepy! Needless to say we walked out immediately.  Hope this gets fixed soon. Loss of a party of 10.....

Bad experience. Store wasn't busy, had a long wait for a simple order of 2 shakes. Cashier mumbled and I couldn't understand what she said. When I got the shakes, they were both runny, thin, and didn't taste good (i had the same flavors at other locations and tasted amazing). I also heard another guy make the comment "kinda runny isn't it?". Then on top of that, crew was sweeping as I was trying to avoid them but continued to get in the way. I will NEVER return to this Jack's.

Jack's at Noccaloula is always great, just a good overall eating experience.
