Bc of the very friendly  hard working employees that always are quick and the food is delicious. One of my employees that work there is  a 19 year old college  student  named Austin Jarrells and he is the best worker I have ever witnessed.If they have employee of the month he was deserve  it every month.Good job jacks

there was an error on my order which was probably my fault at the drive thru  I parked and went in and asked them, they corrected it in a friendly, no bad attitude way. I was very impressed with them from the young man at window to the server inside. A+

The gravy (use) to be the BEST I have ever eaten until the last few times we have eaten there...now it is watered down and even the biscuits are not even as good, they aren't fluffy like they were. This morning was not the first occurrence and this was brought to employees / staff attention... previously and also today.  I am hoping you do not intend to change your biscuit and gravy recipe. If this continues I think you " will" lose some of your customers... Thank you...

Generally the food is excellent but for some reason my smoked sausage biscuit was inedible today.it was dark brown and hard. The sausage was leathery and dry. I'm sure someone gave me a biscuit that was meant to be thrown out. (That is what I did with it). Otherwise thanks for the good service.....nothing but curteous and polite from the great young folks working there. Maybe I'll get my usually good biscuit tomorrow.
