Usually a hit or miss.. However I found a piece of plastic stuck to the cheese in my cheeseburger. Wish I had taken a picture or returned it.. Butwas already on my way to work and threw it out. Will definitely not return to this location.

Can't get orders right half the time. Wrong drink and didn't put anything but the chicken on my sandwich.

Too often when eating out I find myself disappointed with the food and annoyed with the quality of management. That was before I became a regular at Jack's. I love the Big Jack burger, love their biscuits and am always favorably impressed with the friendliness and competence of the employees and management. I love Jack's.

Ordered chicken tenders, fries, and unsweet tea. The tea was old and tasted nasty. The fries were lukewarm at the most. The chicken tenders were fresh, juicy, and tasted great. However, I will not go back there because only one item out of three was edible.
