The Best Damn Bacon Cheeseburgers in the Quad Cities! Awesome owner and friendly establishment. Well kept, clean bathrooms, great bartenders. I take my family there often. Really cool wooden decor!  Hmmmmm?

Bartender was amazing considering it was Thursday night football, crowded bar, and she was the only one so she handled drinks, cooking, and checks by herself. She gets 5 stars. The wings I ordered were super tiny like they were from a baby chick with hardly any meat. The bones were literally like 1/3 the size of normal wings

Loved this place. Had lots of tables for entertainment like pool tables and card tables and even a gambling table which we had never seen before. Was alot bigger than what we thought judging by the outside. The bartender was so amazing. She waited on everyone with a smile and cooked everything perfectly all by herself with about a dozen people to attend. We decided to give it a try for a quick bite and I got the ribeye sandwich which was awesome. Big juicy steak inside a fluffy bun. Perfectly seasoned. My brother got a burger and he enjoyed it... He's a big burger guy so if he likes it it's a big deal. Lol. He ordered a top shelf long Island and it was goodbeing as we went to a fancy place later that weekend and it was mostly pop and tequila... Long islands aren't even suppose to have tequila Overall a great experience in a little dive bar. Would definately recommend for people who want to relax with good food and drinks and friendly people.

I have no idea what other planet everyone else who has left a review of this place is living on because it sure isn’t Earth. Went to Jack’s with a friend for some drinks and a quick bite to eat based on amazing reviews. It’s a pretty standard local watering hole which is fine. The beer selection was minimal but fine. Now I know that they put ‘Lousy Food’ right on their name and let me tell you, it’s really lousy. I ordered a ribeye sandwich which the bartender slapped on a grill that probably hadn’t been cleaned in about 2 decades. A couple of minutes later it was done and slapped on a bun with some onions on the side and a a single pickle slice. I could still hear the cow mooing. The poor bartender had to take orders, prepare drinks, and cook the food all herself so 4 stars for her. I won’t be going back anytime soon.

Me and my sons, 19 n 16, went here for dinner and pool. Never when it's busy. And I think Jason is a swell dude....But.. 16 bucks for a burger!?and apparently 2 for each soda that is served in a cocktail glass. I spent 18 for three of us to have soda! Plus one of the bartenders was kind of a jerk. It's very unfortunate. This is an awesome bar, just not very accommodating for our situation at the time I guess. That's why I only gave 4stars

Burger was lousy, beer was warm. That grill was clean though. Had a soda with my meal got a couple free refills.

First, I love the mentality of the signs. "Warm beer and Lousy Food" is a joke to allow them to always impress.  The Jack fries are a blast from home. There's a diner where I went to college that has been making fries the same way since the 50's.  Nobody makes a fried bologna sandwich! But, they use that wonderful flat topped grill to do that! They also happen to make what look like awesome burgers.  The staff is helpful and positive. The customers all seem to have stepped out of a Cheers cast. Everyone wants to be friends.  Do yourself a favor and try them.

Fun local bar. Bar food appetizers seems same stuff from fridges at the grocery store or Schwan's. Not bad. Didn't eat anything else. It was still good. Beer was cold. Environment's great. Bartender excellent. Nice and friendly.

Bar food is plentiful in the Quad-Cities. Jack's is more of an old time deli counter in a bar. Flat top grilled items, a fryer and hot dogs will make your day! The staff has a sense of humor. Something hard to find these days!  Try a fried bologna sandwich!
