My fiance just called to ask if the pharmacy carries Suboxone sublingual films, and the woman who answered the phone was SO RUDE! She immediately snipped at him, saying, "We don't carry that. At all." She abruptly hung up with no pleasantries to end the call; she judged him as soon as she heard Suboxone. My fiance was professional and pleasant when asking, but to be met with such attitude is completely unacceptable. 

To be judge like that when my fiance is trying to get help for his addiction? How are we to heal the people affected by the opioid crisis when people like this woman immediately label those seeking help as no-good drug addicts?

He immediately called Girard pharmacy and was greeted warmly with no judgment; we will now be taking our business there.

I sincerely hope that her attitude changes, as she has left a terrible impression of the pharmacy.

Great customer service. Called me to verify prescriptions made by hospital. My hand written prescription was not written properly he called and had them fix for me. He also answered all my questions I had about the medicine.
