This was very delicious me and my family came in today and the service was great employees helped give us ideas of what to order. They all were so nice and the banana pudding was one of my favorite the presentation was beautiful how they stuck a vanilla wafer on the banana pudding and an oreo on the cookie and cream. 10/10 will try again! FYI THE BANANA PUDDING PICTURE WAS ME I ATE SOME BEFORE I TOOK THE PICTURE DELICIOUS LOL

I really enjoyed the atmosphere as soon as I entered. They have a large selection of ice cream and topping to choose from. They are known for there rolled ice cream. I enjoyed a sugar cone and it was excellent I almost couldn't finish it because of the large size. I highly recommend if you are in the area.

We love the numerous flavors available for their rolled ice cream. It’s always a great place to go when you want to take a break from the Florida heat or just to grab some desserts after some nice meal. The place is clean and provides a very good service.

ABSOLUTELY love this ice cream parlor, their brownie crumble tower is by far the best I've ever had. Most definitely recommend, the staff is always nice and courteous, as well Carter to requests at the counter. Very very happy with them.Food: 5/5

Why is this my first visit? The manager was very kind in explaining the vast menu options. So many choices. Everything is made to order. My Almond Joy rolled ice cream was full of almonds, coconut and chocolate in each and every bite. My husband’s rolled cookies and cream did not disappoint. Thank you for the nice birthday pick and napkin. A very nice touch. Such a nice cool treat on this hot day. I’ll definitely be back to try some of your other sweet treats. Thanks Jack’s Shack !

I had visited here in July and the treats were so tasty! I got a parfait and a banana split and both were wonderful. Also, the decor of the place was really nice and definitely gives island vibes. Go ahead and grab yourself a treat from here! Food: 5/5

First time here. It was very nice. The ice cream was delicious. We had three kind od ice creams. Cookie Dough, Banana Pudding & Almond Joy.

Thr young man that took our order was very polite. A friend went with us to get dessert. The frozen yogurt I had was creamy and tssty. The sundaes that my husband and our friend had looked awesome and they said the sundaes were superb.  The prices are a little high, keeping me from giving them the full 5 stsrs.Food: 5/5
