I had a wonderful experience here. Chris Carr was an amazing salesmen.  Never any high-pressure simply answered the questions that I asked and offered to show me different cars based on questions he asked in my answers. He asked me what my budget was and found me a car to stay right within my budget. Extremely polite. Overall my experience with this dealership was amazing I would recommend it to anybody. From the moment you walk in the door everyone was very friendly full of smiles and willing to do anything to help you.

I decided to buy a car today and that’s exactly what I did.   Kyle was friendly, helpful & easy to talk with.  He listened to my needs and concerns. He was knowledgeable about features, options and never pressured me.  Stormy in finance knew my unique situation and fought for me to get the best deal possible!   The whole team made me feel comfortable and the process wasn’t and all day affair.  Thanks so much!  I’ll definitely recommend you to my family and friends.

Excellent customer service all around.  Beginning with the purchase of my used Ford truck to Jeff in the service dept.  Got me in right away, checked out my concerns, drove a 2018 Silverado as a courtesy car and got me fixed up and back on the road.  Thank you.

I have always heard good things about Jack Schmitt Chevrolet, but I had a bad experience. A sales person called me about buying a car got my information including social security number and never called me back. I tried calling but he never answered. I spoke to another salesman, he said he would call me back after he found out what happened. Of course I never heard from him as well. I finally gave up, went to another car dealer and bought a brand new car. I have excellent credit, but no one at Jack Schmidt wanted to even deal with me. Not saying Jack Schmidt is a bad place, but they just didn’t want to sale me a car.
