Bruce and his staff are great. Honest and reliable. Took my jeep in on the recommendation of three separate friends, each highly recommended Jackie’s. The work was completed on time and for exactly what was estimated, with recommendations for future work and a report on the general state of the car - including recall notices from the factory. It’s a family run business with community values, friendly with sweet dogs running around. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

You never feel good about spending money on a car problem, but it sure helps when you get the type of customer service offered by Bruce and his team. He came in with a significantly lower quote than the competitor.
The mechanics are all respectful, cool folks, and Bruce takes time to thoroughly explain his process. He'll also take a look at bids from other mechanic's and explain his work and his pricing.
Honest work, kind people, and a charming little shop. Wish I would have known about them sooner.

Bruce is one of the coolest guys I ever met n honest as the day is long. Would trust that man with my kids. A honest shop is hard to find

I always recommend them to my friends and family.  They are probably the most honest mechanic team in Texas .  
  We had a family friend that brought her car in for a battery replacement and she had just left something on.  They recharged it for free and sent her on her way.
   My wife was told she had a bad alternator by an Autozone employee and was directed across the street to a mechanic to get it replaced there.  I suggested we go to Jackie,s and we did.  It was just the battery.
  I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
