Been going to Jackie's off Forest for 5 years now and they have never disappointed me!  They do a great job and are affordable!

I've been bringing my clothes to Jackie's Tailoring and Alterations for five years now. The service is excellent and remarkably fast. I don't trust anyone else with my clothes; from suit jackets to tailored shirts, this is the place to go.

Service is usually good but on one Saturday morning I arrived at 9:00 am when they are to open. Waited outside with 5 other customers. I left at 9:30. You can't run a business like that!

Well NEVER be going back! I just picked up a bridesmaid dress that I didn't get to try on before I left because I was told they didn't have rooms. I paid 55 dollars for a dress that I'm going to need to get fixed or trip on all night lol no. When I took it there was no pinning just drew on my dress with chalk and I even said will this be short enough. The man give me a nasty yes and sent me on my way. NEVER again and don't waste your money. I will also be calling for a refund
