If you can't find it at Jack's, or they can't order it for you, then you don't need it. Seriously, these people have a tradition of sincere problem-solving. Seems like they have every unusual widget, gadget, fix-it solution known to man. If they don't they have it, they try to get it. (BTW, maybe YOU can't find it, but be sure to ask--they have so many little nooks and crannies in the store filled with even more stuff, they usually have exactly what you need.) Friendly, knowledgeable staff, a wonderful "old-timey" feel to the store, reasonable prices. Once I bought a set of tools for my teen-age son in hopes he would quit borrowing mine (didn't work), and when the staff and everyone else in line found out, they all sang "Happy Birthday" to him. I LOVE this store!
