I have never seen such a rude receptionist in my life. She was so unprofessional and should not be in this line of business. I feel sorry for the Dentist as this is effecting her rating. I will reach out to her and make sure she is aware of this despicable person working for her.

Did my root canal 5 years ago. Today, after horrible pain, the doctor find out that the Jakson Dental missed 2 roots and only did one root. Now, I have to retreat the tooth and have to pay $1200.

DO NOT GO HERE. There are many things wrong with this place. They really treat you like a dog and do not handle your teeth properly. The Doctor is a good doctor and treats you like a person. However the dental assistants are the worst. They are very aggressive and some of them do not even know what they are doing. I am now going to switch dentists because I had such a bad experiences going there. My mom told me that they treated her bad there too and I didn't listen, I ignored her and went myself and let me tell you MY MOM WAS RIGHT. Stay far away from this place.
