If all Doctors were like Dr Helen Jackson - then we as patients would be truly spoiled for choice! But as we know not all doctors are the same. So when I found Dr Helen Jackson I was amazed by her personal service, her kind and caring persona, but most importantly she was willing to listen to you without you feeling rushed. Dr Helen Jackson is extremely knowledgeable and is willing to share her knowledge with you, to address your concerns. I can confidentiality say that she is the best Doctor that I have ever had the pleasure of being a patient of! The initial exam as a new patient was in depth, she took her time to find out your medical history coupled with any concerns that you may have. The physical examinations are conducted to ensure that you feel at easy; every step of the process explained, thus allowing you the opportunity to ask any question. Arranging appointments has been easy, no waiting. Her Admin person is polite, friendly and approachable - which is always a bonus!

Dr. Jackson is simply the best. She is very kind, caring and communicates extremely well with the patient. She is very good at listening to the patient and addressing the patient’s concern. Her intelligible voice reflects both her expertise and vast experience. While under her care it becomes very obvious that it is all about the patient and nothing about her. In my view, she is a role model for physicians.

Do not make an appointment with Dr. Jackson if you are trying to prevent pregnancy. She is opposed to long term birth control use, and, if you are seeking a prescription, then you should find another GYN.
