These are the most uncaring incompetent people I've ever experienced. 3 Days in a row I made an appointment to get my taxes done, the guy never showed up. One day happened to be a Saturday he had a young woman sitting there, I suppose to represent him or do easy taxes. I never saw her doing a thing I was there 3 times except flirting with a young man that was there. I called a "service professional," who had the most broken gangster thug version of English I've ever heard. I asked for a regional manager and he hung up. I called back again waited through the cadre of "high call volume" delays, a young lady answered and did after saying she could take a complaint, she gave me the name and number of a regional manager and I called her phone number and she never answered or returned my call. The irony of this is that their phone service tells you how hard they're working for you. What a crock on nonsense. I hope everyone intending to use them doesn't.
