Margaret is one of the best tax prep I could have ever went to I went to her last year also and even then she was the best she takes her time and explains things to you if you don’t understand it and she very patient with you also last year when I went to see her I was pregnant and this year I had the baby and remembered me and my fiancé and even remember the baby was talking to him and everything she has such a big heart I would definitely recommend her to anyone who ask me where to go
I’m only giving it 2 stars because the lady who was there was really nice. However she couldn’t figure out how to fix my state tax issue and scheduled me an appointment so I called a few hours prior to make sure the manager would be there for my appointment and NO RESPONSE. I called multiple times and then just showed up. When I arrived the gate was closed and no one was there. I called again and even showed up the next day and again no one was there. You can’t even blame the snow because the main roads were perfectly clear. I called the corporate number and asked when they were going to be open again and even the lady I spoke with was shocked that no one was there for 2 days. I went to another location and didn’t have any problems! Don’t bother with this location, go elsewhere! Another thing I would like to add is they’re extremely expensive to file with I will NOT be using them next year!
