I went there and the lady did not know wat she was doing. I paid 3 times as much as I did last year and received twice as much last year. I got the direct deposit payment option which I paid about $39 for and at the end the lady told me I only got direct deposit for my Federal taxes that I had to mail in my State. I later found out that all of this isnt true. I am outraged
