First off the guy that originally helped me was very rude about helping me and made me feel dumb for asking about anything! After I complained about it to the manager he then took over and I will say he was a lot nicer but after we finished my return got denied and I only found this out because I called corporate after calling and leaving messages for two days straight at this local office with no call back! So go back in and there's a extra form that needs to be filed so we do that and I still get denied so I call the irs and the irs tells me it's something on there end. So at this point I've wasted a bunch of time. Go somewhere else don't waste your time

We had a good experience there. I have used JH for a few years now, and it's nice that they retain enough information year-to-year so that a non-refundable tax credit that carries forward can be correctly and seamlessly applied.

Everyone is always so nice and helpgul. They always answer any questions i have and if they dont know the answer they use their resources to find it out...
