Jackson Hewitt in Ft. Valley processed my 2015 taxes in April of 2016, in which they messed up and reported information that wasn't true to the State!!!! I received a letter from the State requesting all of this information and I had no clue what they were talking about. I contacted Paul with Jackson Hewitt in Ft. Valley, since he was the one that processed my 2015 taxes and he tried to put it back on me. I told him that he needed to write a letter to the State and tell them what he did wrong. He did write the letter and then asked me if I would sign it, like this was my fault!!!! After speaking with an attorney, I told him there is no way that I am signing something that he did. He finally signed the form! I said to Paul, isn't this why I paid for the $275.00 Insurance and he said yes. I was also told that I would eventually get my state plus the $275.00 back from the State once they reviewed it and processed it. Let me just say this has been an ongoing process since April of this year, 8 months ago.....so I get a deposit in my back that wasn't the total in which I was told that I would receive back from the State, guess what? I was less the $275.00!!!! Now Paul, with Jackson Hewitt in Ft. Valley has asked me to call the state and see what they approved. What!!!!! Why should I do all of the leg work, when he is the one who made the mistake! I will never use this place again and I will ensure everyone I know what this man has done to me!!!
