I had an appointment at the jackson hewitt at walmart here in eau claire, we get there and there is one person helping a client. After about 10 minutes another guy comes and sits down looks around, types something on the computer, looks our way a few times. Then someone walks up and tells him that they had a noon appointment, which is the same timeslot that i had. We left and went to h and r block. This guy cost this company our business. We will not even give jackson hewitt another chance. It was the first time i was going to go and ive been filing taxes for 15 years now. And why is it in the front of walmart anyway, too busy
