This was the worst tax experience I ever had in my life. I am 66 yrs old. My husband and moved here from out of state. made an appt. Showed up on time, waited 15 min. then was told they had to leave, and company would not let them stay overtime. made an appt for next day. Arrived on time. Preparer was late. Only one preparer allowed to stay at one time. she started on our return but was flustered, didn;t seem to know how to get started. When the other preparer had left, she said that a couple was going to return in a little while to sign their return. 1 hr. later our preparer was struggling w/ our return, this other couple shows up. our preparer stopped our return to serve them, 45 min later she was still helping the other couple. I found this totally inappropiate,ask to talk to mamager, she hands me the phone. so I am on the phone w/ a distant person who said they could not connect me w/ a manager who handles that office, and offered me a discount! I said are you kidding me. I hung up the phone and the prepare was still helping the other couple. I told her this was ridiculous and gathered my papers and left. by the way this office !! was situated against the wall w/ only a small curtain for privacy in front of registers at Walmart!! :The noise level was awful, the experience was awful!!
