Mr. Nathaniel Bennett was very responsive with quick response time with my questions when I had questions regarding a unit that I was interested in renting. He also supplied the  missing second bedroom photo of the unit which I brought to his attention.  Subsequently, I called back and talked to someone named Casey who also had very nice phone manners when I made the deposit.

This is our third year booking through JH Reservations.  We love the condo. Dealing with JHR has always been efficient and accurate. Their people do what they say they will do.  Also, I must say, the condo this year looked great. The JHR must have had he carpets cleaned. The refrig, the counters, the kitchen in general has always been clean and ready for us when arrived. The towels have always been clean and crisp. I can't say enough about working with this company. I have been recommending JHR to my friends.

Reserved a week long condo from here. 

Wifi was fairly laggy, master bedroom was missing screens in the windows (which is a big deal due to no AC), the sauna in the upstairs bedroom didn't work at all, the ground floor and basement shower doors didn't form a perfect seal with the shower so water could leak out on to the bathroom floor, there was no vent above the stove (so a few high elevation cooking attempts had us worried about the fire alarm going off!), the basement can hear all the chair scrapes of the ground floor as well as whenever water was used, the garage door would not open/close often (would have to try multiple times), we were not told that we were not given a key to the door to the house in the garage (only to the front door, and apparently it's not the same key).

On the other hand, the condo was in a nice silent neighborhood with a park in the middle for the kids, the beds/pillows/covers were fine, we didn't have any problem with the utilities, everything was clean, our family of 9 fit snugly into the three floor condo, and we were fairly close to Jackson.

So overall I can say we don't regret booking with Jackson Hole Reservations, but there were definitely things that could be improved regarding their rental properties.

Jackson Hole Reservations gave us top notch assistance in finding the perfect rental for our price range and needs.  They also were a tremendous help in steering us to fun activities and scheduling them.  And, even once we arrived, they responded quickly when our WiFi was not working in our rental, and fixed it the same day we called.  I would definitely use them again on our next trip to Jackson Hole.

We had a wonderful time in our rental at Jackson Hole.  The property was beautiful, well stocked and maintained, and very close to the ski resort.  Staying in this condo just made our trip!
