i was visiting with family and my niece showed me this. This is very unprofessional and embarrassing whoever this young man is. I love this airport and i visit monthly. How can you not give credit where credit is due??

My car battery was dead when I arrived to the airport parking garage after a 5 hour flight. I notified the front desk I needed help, 15 minutes later still no one. Note: it's hot and hunid. I had an angry wife and 2 boys with me complaining. At this point, angry wife goes to front desk and was told to use a black phone and push 0 for operator by the front desk. Notification #2. Again, waited. Hot. Sweating. 20 minutes passed. The wife pushed the emergency garage button on level 2 row D, nothing. She walked to the other emergency box and the lady on the line said she would send someone. Waited. Hot. 15 minutes passed. I then called another number while walking inside airport upon notifying a "police officer." Again, nothing. I walked back to the car, my wife is now in a creative conversation with the lady on the other end of the box who says she has done everything she can & waiting for "them" to help. My wife then asked for whoever "them"s phone number so she can stop pushing the emergency button bc apparently we were bothering them. Wife got number, got in touch with republic parking I believe is the name and the manager came right out and had the car battery charged less than one minute. I waited a total of 1 hour and 6 minutes for someone to help. My wife had to threatened to speak to managers and supervisors to get a manager on the phone. This being said, the service was outright horrible and will never fly with this airport again.

It's okay, but staff are not usually very helpful and are clueless concerning International flights. It does not have an extremely wide variety of options concerning food, drink, etc. There are only four airlines flying to Jackson, which limits the options of where you can fly to...

I have flown out of here twice in the past three years and had a good experience, short TSA lines, clean, small, and easy to navigate. Some people say there is no food or drink past the TSA checkpoints however in the West Concourse (Delta) there is a coffee shop in the gift shop and in the East Concourse (American & United) there is a restaurant/bar that I've eaten at before, it was good. Beware the airfare is quite pricey here at times, also check in to nearby airports such as the Monroe Regional Airport in Monroe, LA or the Golden Triangle Regional Airport in Columbus, MS

Small airport with very few places to grab food, make sure to eat before passing security because afterwards there is only a Hudson news shop and a Sam Adam's stand that never seems to be open. The security checkpoint was annoying if anything, I have passed through everything from LGA to DFW and LAX to MIA and never had to "make sure my feet completely cover the yellow prints" which this TSA agent insisted I do perfectly (as If my own feet were the original template) before scanning, then once I did that and had my hands up the git tells me to pull up my shorts despite that being irrelevant to the scan and my belt being in the x-ray. Don't tell people to remove their belt then complain about their pants sagging about 2 inches from the waist. This guy was obviously bored or just tired of his job. Edit: The Sam Adam's bar opened and I was able to take a beer to my gate, never able to to this at other airports so this alone gets my review an additional 2 stars, and despite my issue with security, it is the shortest TSA line ever so that's a plus.
