It's one the best priced gas stations in the West loop area, the gas prices are sometimes hard to believe. They carry menthol cigarettes and an automatic digital air machine with a car wash, all in one place. Place looks old and worn out but it solves the primary purpose of anyone going to a gas station, which is cheap gas, low wait time and friendly staff and service, even when it's a self service location. I would recommend it to anyone looking for Cheap gas in the west loop neighborhood. Recently, I was there to get the Chicago auto show discount tickets, the cashier gave me 3 , even when only 1 is actually allowed for a one time fill up. I was extremely happy. Thank you Shell at Jackson & Morgan.

Typical gas station. There's an ATM awkwardly inside a car wash building, and there's an absolutely tiny cashier stand with some items for sale.

Worst gas station experience of my life! Small, gross, and rundown station. Just a dinky stand- not an actual store to walk in. Always homeless people camped here and shady people around (doesn't feel safe if you have to go here at night). It's a real eye sore for the West Loop, also. I normally pay with card at the pump, but went to the kiosk today and my experience went beyond bad customer service- I question the morals of the staff. Bad business. 👎👎 There's another shell just a few blocks away on Racine and Van Buren that has low prices. Go there instead.

The Rewards button did not work. I tried several times, and when I alerted the attendant one of his solutions was to go to another gas station. In addition they have no bathroom.

Not much to say, really the only spot for gas in the West loop between Ashland and the expressway.
