The staff are friendly. I've always recommended this spa to people BUT my last visit here may just be that. First it seems like the prices change all the time. I got an acrylic set one color and a pedicure with the grater and it was over 70$. Second this last time she cut my big toe WAY too short and now there is PUSS OOZING out from where it was cut too deep. As you can imagine I'm in PAIN, can't walk much on it without it getting red and Inflamed. Its also irritating with shoes or sandals. Third I'm not happy with the quality and now I'm worried about getting a fungus BC I clearly have an infected toe. I could've done a nicer, neater job. No shade though these staff are really FRIENDLY and NICE.

My overall experience was great! I haven't had a pedicure in years and they did an amazing job. They answered any questions I had and provided beverages and massage chairs that the client controls. The only issue was that the nail polish color that I chose from their examples did not match what was in the bottle. It was not a huge deal but I did feel bad having them go back a few times and get the right color.

i love this place, they do a great job and everyone speaks english. My only disappointment would be that they have a menu list of prices and no matter what it is always higher. I paid 27$ for a fill with clear polish? when it's posted at $19?... with tip that's $30... and that's too high.... but I keep paying it and going back because they do such a great job and I have yet to experience that elsewhere

I felt comfortable here. They have the same chairs, etc. that other places have, but the atmosphere was nicer. Calling to ask questions is another story....

I called to see when they closed. I was told 7pm. I pulled in the front parking space and the workers saw me at 6:29. They proceed to turn off the sign and lock the door. Then talk and laugh to each other about it. I will never go here again.
