Jackson Park is a green strip in the center of Park Avenue, South of Encinal Avenue, which offers a quiet place to relax on tree shaded grass. The neighborhood is upscale, but the park is just around the corner from the shops of parallel Park Street.
 There is a restroom facility, picnic tables and benches.
The place is kept clean and well maintained.

Great place to walk n observe nature.  Weather permitting the locals do Aerobics etc.  Lotsa friendly people.  Great place to walk your animal companion or just sit and be at one with nature.  Great for cruising the big boys and girls.  Lotsa kids run n play here.

Okay park for some shade and a short walk among trees.  Lots of traffic and is a popular dog park.

This is a beautiful neighborhood park, not heavily used, but unique in Alameda, nice to walk through our your way to Park Street or South Shore
