I gave 5 stars because not only is the food hot and absolutely wonderful but the staff was awesome and I met some of my family there for the first time. First time going and definitely won't be my last. Good southern soul food with a taste of family in it.

Great service. The food is always consistently seasoned and fresh. Do come prepared to wait in line maybe 30 mins due to the restaurant being a high volume place. It's so worth the WAIT!
Reason i give a perfect score to this restaurant is because they were super friendly. They payed attention and engaged with costumers while giving a quick service. For was honestly amazing and packed with flavor. Couldn't ask for more on my first visit.Food: 5/5
The MOST delicious food you will ever eat! So much food for the price, and the people that work here are so nice and friendly. They have lots of different options to choose from so you really can't go wrong, and there's nothing we haven't tasted that wasn't good.
There was a line all the way to the door and no one seemed to mind. Worth every second of waiting. Some of the best soul food I've had in a long time. I'll definitely be returning next time I go through Sylvester again.
The food and service was great. They have a variety of soul food choices: baked, fried, and grilled chicken; ox tails, neck bones; pigs feet; collards, cabbage, mac and cheese, rice sweet potatoe souffle, black eyed peas, and so much more!!! You gotta try if you're in the neighborhood.
The best soul food restaurant in Southwest Georgia. I’m from Albany, GA, and when I visit, which is usually every other month. I drive the twenty-five minutes to eat at this excellent, family-oriented establishment. Everything on the menu is delicious. My favorite is the sweet potato soufflé. I highly recommend if you’re in the area, give them a try.
It had good atmosphere. The prices are not posted anywhere. Dark chicken vs white and ox tails all different and no postings inside or on-line ###. The food was very good for me and my company. Parking: Had to walk a piece,might be a problem for some with restrictions
Not only does Jackson's have delicious food, but I like the idea that they are a locally- owned family restaurant. The staff is friendly and courteous.Food: 5/5
