I've worked with Doug at Jackson Self Storage for years and his facility is top notch. Great prices, units are always secure and clean, and every time you call you get friendly help from their staff. Renting online or paying your bill online also makes everything a breeze! If you are looking for a simple and affordable storage solution, this is the place!

Great clean place to store your belongings

Randomly closed during posted business hours without a note stating if and when they will be back. Recently sat for 55 min during business hours and no one was there doors were locked, mailman couldn't get in, he put mail in drop box. I was told by some male idiot on the phone that they do not accept cash payments. Funny because that is how I've made the majority of my payments. Makes it pretty hard to come in when THE OFFICE IS CLOSED, THIS IS THE FOURTH TIME OF THIS HAPPENING! 7/13, OF COURSE NOW I'VE ACRUED A LATE FEE.
