Decent amount of space for lower than some other storage places. I would give 5 stars if they took card payments and even over the phone would better. I live over an hour away from there and I don't do checks. Overall good people though.

Inconvenient hours. The person I was talking to did not have a lot of time over the phone and seemed inpatient. I inquired about a spot to park my camper. I called on a Friday afternoon. He told me that the location I was calling didn't have anything but his new location has spots  available. He told me I had to come in in person to sign all the paperwork. I took time off from work and was there Monday morning right at 9. When I told the person what I was there for he told me that he only had one spot available and he rented it out. 
He could have told me this over the phone and I would have made sure that I would have been there that day and would not have waisted my time on Monday.

We used this storage facility for 2-1/2 years and had no problems. They even made sure we were able to get our deposit money back in full. I highly recommend Jackson Self Storage.

Clean and well kept. A bit pricey but nice.

The owners are very kind and always very helpful. I would recommend this location or the location in Talmo. Both are very safe and secure.
