The folks at Jackson Total Service have been taking great care of me for 6y. First in the rental out in the estates and now my own house here in town. They are quick and dependable and very easy to work with! Wouldn't call anyone else!

We were here from across the country getting my grandfather's house ready to sell after her passed away. The hot water heater started spraying water all over so we called Jackson's and they had someone here within a half hour. The technician did an awesome job, he was very efficient and very kind. He recently was in our shoes with his grandfather and was incredibly compassionate. The dispatcher was great - she referred us to a drywaller and took the time to explain why they refer to that company. If I lived in Naples I would choose Jackson's every time.

Had Jackson Total Service out last week to replace our a/c system. The techs did a great job and were very mindful of our home. The used drop cloths and plastic were needed. The system was installed and up and running in one day.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAY OVER PRICED The Customer Service Department at Jackson is horrible. I am trying to get a part number for a breaker that was installed and no one can provide me the information. They charged $619.37 for the breaker, $159.00 for a service call and an additional $132.00 to replace the breaker. I keep calling back because they do not call me, and they just let me sit on hold FOREVER. They are rude and just hang up without even saying goodbye. I have been trying since 9:00 this morning to get a simple part number (it is now 2:45). The people in customer service want to know why I want the part number...why because my 74 year old mother paid $947.95 for that breaker and installation because she had no power!! When I gave her that answer her response was "we don't get our parts from Home Depot, of course we mark them up." STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!

My JACKSON total service tech has always repaired my ac quickly when I need help. It is actually my original ac equipment and its 25 years old!! Who could ask for more? When the time comes to replace it, I know Jackson Total Service will be the one I call!
