The best gas station in the area, the staff are brilliant and the customer service their taught to use is just unbelievable, makes me feel like the saying "the customer is always right and always comes first" is actually true. Brittany is way too nice to be talked to the way I've heard her talked to by upset customers, but she always handles it very politely and never with a shred of anger, and she's obviously a great boss because her employees seem to respect her and listen to her requests. I've seen quite a few managers come and go, all the way back to Nam who is now down the street by the mall, but Brittany is the one I'm most impressed by and hopeful that she'll stick around. Jackson's is a great company that I'll always use to fuel my personal car as well as the company trucks. The selection and prices are near perfect but the reasons I keep coming back and referring them is simple...their customer service.

Can't count how many times I've shown up here and waited 20 plus minutes to get gas while there is a sign on the locked door saying they are in the restroom. Currently standing here right now. Irritating.

I walked in wearing a hoodie, the man behind the counter told me I looked like the "Unabomber" a terrorist who killed 3 people in 1998.
I don't know who taught you customer service, but even black people have feelings. Please, be warned and try to avoid this store!

Always happy with the service I receive here.  I wish it was easier to get out and not be forced on 217 south but that's just the way it is.  Other than that is a reliable diesel stop for me and the staff seem to be extra kind.  They do the whole window wash thing if they're not busy and in my wife's case they noticed damage to the gas cap and let her know. 

Not a whole lot one can say about gas stations, but this one is certainly better than others.
