Went to use their car wash. I took the time to rinse down my car before starting to out my money in the machine. A good 5mins. Put in the cost of the car was $7. When an attendant ran to me and said that the machine is broken and you have to pay inside. I explained i Already paid and he told me he can not refund me that they "usually catch people in time to prevent this"

 I go inside to get a refund and I'm told there is nothing they can do. I asked them why there wasn't a sign posted and was told there use to be one.

 I was given a number to call turns out it's the stores number and I talk to the same person who gave me the number. 

It's not the cost that's the issue it's their shady way of not paying me back. How many other people have they swindled out of a few bucks?

Not only that why isn't there a sign posted saying you must pay inside.

This gas station has an aging style (90's era), feels dirty and is VERY cramped if more than a few people enter. The products are very high priced (even for a gas station) and the gas prices are laughable. However, people always seem to be there so apparently some folks like it.
