Worst cab company in New Jersey, period. The cars are not only dirty they are in deplorable conditions. The cab dispatcher is rude and needs to lighten up and show respect to paying customers. The cab drivers are not only disrespectful and unreliable they drive horrendously and to top it all off, I almost got into a head on collision accident with one last month and still had to pay. Also they try to spike the price depending on where you go(there methods of zoning is unbalanced) , they don't use meters and they're very unprofessional, arriving 20 minutes after you call. I won't be surprised when they go bankrupt because of Uber and Lyft. You're better off using Paradise Cab, Uber or Reliable

I read all of the comments and I must say I'm appalled. Jacob is the best!! Those brother's work hard and they're very down to earth men. Very reliable and they arrive for me on good timing. When my Audi A6 4.2 2006 went down I begun to call Jacob's taxi until my car gotten fix. I never had any problems with Jacob hands down best in the business.

It is very unfortunate that the owner read and responded to comments made several months ago however there has been no changes to the unprofessional behavior from the DISPACTHER. HE IS EXTREMELY RUDE!!! Owner please remember without your customers you have no business. The driver was not rude however the first point of contact is your dispatcher who based on what I am reading always leaves a BAD TASTE with your customers.

HORRIBLE! Dispacter is SO rude. He doesnt let you speak or lets you give the the address correctly and then hung up . When asked to speak to his speak to his boss he relaxed but i wasnt having it i was already pissed and kept asking to speak to his boss then he hung up AGAIN. When the cab came he kept passing me . finally in the cab the driver didnt speak English and had no Gps he had no clue where he was going, i had to use my gps so he wouldnt get lost. Do not call this place they don't deserve the  business

Wish I could put 0 stars. Unprofessional to the fullest!! Especially the dispatcher. He's ignorant. DONT USE THEM call another cab company. I'm not using this company again unless that dispatcher is fired. I'm sorry
