Both Partners, Bruce Jacobs and Court Keeley are former Miami-Dade County prosecutors and former bank lawyers. Together, they have over 100 trials between them.

The senior partner, Bruce Jacobs, spent years representing banks in foreclosures. In 2008, Bruce decided to focus his practice on helping homeowners and traveled the country attending seminars to train on cutting edge legal strategies. Court Keeley left the Miami-Dade County State Attorneys office after 7 years handling a variety of criminal cases including capital murder cases, sexual battery and complex fraud. He also worked in various specialized divisions such as the Career Criminal/Robbery Unit, the Human Trafficking Task Force and the Gang Strike Force. Together, they host the weekly radio show “Debt Warriors with Bruce Jacobs and Court Keeley” on 880AM the Biz live every Wednesday at 5:00 pm

This is a dream team of attorneys. When it comes to mortgage defense and fighting for your home these group is the best. They saved our home from a giant bank. Definitely would recommend them.

Over the past 12 or so years I've known Bruce Jacobs I have seem him successfully save Miami homeowners, often victims of the economy of the last few years from the predatory banks/lender's practices. Without qualification, I would recommend anyone with a mortgage problem to engage Bruce and his team at Jacobs, Keeley. .

Quite simply, Bruce Jacobs, Court Keeley and their team saved our home in the face of enormous odds. We retained our first attorney in 2011 to negotiate a mortgage modification for us. They failed to negotiate a mortgage modification after months of back and forth with the bank. The bank sued and took us to court. The attorney then failed at trial which resulted in our home being foreclosed on by the bank. What we didn't know at the time was that our first attorney was not a litigator and would never have been prepared for a court battle. In December 2013, the bank took over the title to our home and commenced the eviction process. We were faced with losing the home we had lived in for 18 years, including a substantial amount of equity earmarked for our retirement. Bruce took our case in early 2014. He kept us in our home during the court battles with the bank and eventually presented sufficient evidence to the court which resulted in the court vacating the foreclosure and returning title to our home to us in September 2016. That's the very short version of an extremely complicated, exhaustive and expensive five year battle with a very large New York bank. The toll it has taken on my wife and I is indescribable. We are very blessed to have Bruce and the JK team on our side.

I am convinced that God put you in my path when I was desperately searching for help with the foreclosure case against me. By listening to you speak on your weekly radio show “Debt Warriors” I knew you were the one that could help me fight and defeat the corrupt Bank of America (BOA). When we first met at your office on December 16, 2014 and you examined my foreclosure documents I had no idea what you would find. To my pleasant surprise you discovered that BOA had committed fraud by falsifying the documentation. I learned, as you explained, that you had developed and created a unique defense strategy especially geared against corrupt banks like BOA that no one else had successfully done before. I learned that you had about 20 similar cases, including your own, that you were defending using this innovative and powerful strategy that included RICO. I felt very happy to have you on my side! Once you found that surgeon/specialist and he agreed to help you, you would be so happy and hopeful that now, at last, you really have found your best chance to beat the illness and regain your health. It would be totally inconceivable that when the surgery was finally going to be performed, the surgeon/specialist you had worked so hard to find, and that in whom you had placed all of your confidence and hope in, would now assign one of the other surgeons in his office to perform this very delicate surgery on you. It does not matter how competent these other surgeons may be. You had to pray and work VERY hard to find the best surgeon/specialist to help you. You went personally to see him, believed in and placed all your hope in him. You are the surgeon/specialist in this analogy Bruce and I’m the desperate patient that worked so hard with all my strength to finally find you.
