No Experience. Met Mark to get an estimate. He said he would have an estimate to me by cob on a Thursday afternoon. I got in touch the following Sunday since I had not seen anything in return, and here's the response: "We have taken a good look at our schedule and just a quick note to let you know we have decided that your job isn't a really good fit for our company at this time. Thanks for the inquiry. Best of luck with your project. " after hearing that it should work. I understand that things change, but I would appreciate a call back or something without me having to nudge to get the above response.

I called to schedule an estimate for a whole house (exterior) painting and trim repair and was told "they dont come out this far" - I'm 30 minutes from downtown Boulder. If you aren't in Boulder proper, dont waste your time.

I have worked with Jacobsen Brothers Painting for over 20 years: as a residential home owner, as a commercial business owner, and as a board member of a school. In each instance, their professionalism and sensitivity to the scope of the project was extraordinary. In addition to being Boulder County's premier painting contractor, the company is able to provide a wide range of complimentary job services such as carpentry, tile work, waterproofing, and permit management with the City and County. The principal, Mark Chase Jacobsen, is involved in each job from pricing, to quality control, and most importantly, to customer satisfaction. The job is never completed until all details are right and accepted as promised.

Jacobsen Brothers Painting has done a number of jobs in my home and I couldn't be happier with the results. No short cuts at JBP; Mark Jacobsen always explains the importance of the thorough and long-lasting way that jobs are considered. The painters are very respectful and a pleasure to have in your house. Our house was left extremely clean with no clean up work necessary on our part. Floors are carefully covered. Protecting damage to objects in the home is clearly embedded in the way jobs are organized. Best service and workmanship I have had from a painting contractor in my house.
