I could not get anyone to come out to my rural home within a decent amount of time. Merlin came on a Sunday! Fixed my water heater in no time. Reasonable rate. Thanks!

I am so grateful for Merlin. He helped me out whenough absolutely nobody in my town would take the job. He is amazing

Do NOT work with Merlin! He will show up hours late and leave early without getting all the work done but promises to come back... horrible person to work with.

Walked around with a wrench tighten things. He must have thought his wrench was a magic wand. Didn't fix the problem. 
Nice guy though

Very poor service they was called a month ago to fix my heater they showed up and needed parts and here it is a month later and my heater is still not fixed and they are horrible about responding to phone calls
