Currently under contract to have JAE do a small bath remodel project.  Have used general contractors in the past and been VERY satisfied.  Started working with a design rep in April. She quit; got assigned a new rep. Signed contract in May. They have yet to begin the project. New rep is MIA a lot. Now looking at mid-August start date.  Even if actual work goes well, process has been severely tainted by really poor customer service,  poor communications, and significantly loss of time. April to August to even start the project. Will be going back to general contractors in the future.

Went far above to help design our kitchen.  Service afterward hsa been consistent at the same level.  High integrity people - highly recommend them.
