Please do not waste your time with this poor excuse of a dentist/ dental office. I've gone there for many years. I had braces, and standard time to revisit is every 6 weeks, I was lucky if they got me in every 3 months. They were inexcusably rude when i asked questions and never really provided answers. I was told I have many cavities, but as soon as I walked into a different dentistry they told me i was completely fine. After I got my braces off, the assistant shaved my tooth, and it looks completely unnatural and as if she had no training. When I was 15, they had dug to deep in my tooth, causing high irritation, so I had to get a root canal, and they made me pay for it. I DO NOT GO TO DR JAFFE.

Most horrible dentist office, very unprofessional. They told me I needed an appointment with the orthodontist to discuss finances, the day of my appointment the lady tells me the doctor isnt there and that I dont need an appointment to discuss finances, she told me her manager will call and let me know what I needed to know, its been one month and I am still waiting for that phone call. Unprofessional. Poor office.
