After another widely-known local outfit had utterly failed in attempting to fix a dead wall switch that sends power to a jetted tub, I contacted Jaffe Electric based on the excellent reviews.  Chris and Mark were prompt, courteous, and very capable.  They had the problem diagnosed and resolved in less than an hour.  The service was outstanding and deserving of excellent reviews.  I highly recommend Jaffe Electric.

I have had 3 different jobs done by Jaffe and have worked with 6 different employees.  All of them professional, courteous, and friendly.  They respect your home and never take short cuts!  I am pleased to recommend Jaffe!

I'm very impressed with Jaffe Electric and the men they sent out, each time, to do each job.  Altogether, we've called them once last year, and 3 times this year, to help us replace all old wiring and outlets on a 45 year old house.  We had aluminum wiring and they replaced each outlet with copper (piggy-tailed).  They also gave us a new circuit board.  I'm so thankful for this and their knowledge, they explained the fires that can happen, with aluminum wiring which I've worried about for long time.  The men they sent out, did MORE than I expected, I definitely got my money's worth!  Also, I was happy with the price each time too.  And they always arrived exactly on time -to the minute!  Since it was a big job, a couple times the men needed to arrive at 7am, even though it was so early, and during a wind storm, they still arrived with smiles, very personable, down to earth, truly Good people.  I trusted them to work in different parts of my house -so that I could go do something else.  They were willing to listen and answer to each question I had, or make slight changes, as they went along -very nice!  I felt very comfortable with them, I could tell they are good people, and also they were very smart.  Especially Royce…who is an Expert electrician -he was so kind to me and all my concerns, I have much respect for him, will never forget his kindness.  He even walked around making a detailed picture, of each switch and size, for the remaining work we hope to do in the future.  I felt safe and better, after the work they did.  In addition, even the inspector who came out after -said their work was always good, he's never had problems with them!  -So all around, they did an outstanding Job!  Thank all of you, very Much!

I was very pleased with my service from Jaffe Electric, and Fred (our technician) really impressed me! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. After inspecting my ceiling fan, he told me we’d have to schedule another appointment to fix the fan because he didn’t have the part. I was disappointed, but I completely understood. Twenty minutes later, there was a knock on my door. Fred had gone back to the office and returned with the part, and he was able to fix my fan the same day! I was so grateful that he went the extra mile (literally!) to make sure my fan got fixed.

Thank you to the team at Jaffe Electric for their commitment to excellence! I'll definitely be recommending you to all my friends and neighbors.

On time and did a great job!  I also expected that running a new outlet from my basement to the 2nd floor would require more drywall damage but Darin did the work with just the smallest hole in our drywall.  Would definitely recommend.
