I purchased a tensioner pulley. Later, I was shown the wrong part, I asked for a refund and was told that I'll have my money back in 2-3 weeks through mail. Nothing came, I called and apparently the parts dept. didn't submit anything to those in charge of refunds.  They barely submitted the refund after I called a month later. Nevertheless, I am still waiting for a refund. Purchased on 8/31/17, labor day weekend passed and refund was supposed to be submitted the following Tuesday when I called. It is 10/16/17 and I am still waiting. I NEED MY MONEY. I never received my product or service and need my $141.71.

I just wanted to make a service appointment to replace my dead battery, but service department never answers the phone or returned my call. Waited for about an hour just to try to get a hold of them but never got back at me. This is why I gave them 1 star.

Roy was top notch.  Made sure my new coupe R was prepped and ready to go when I got there.  Even followed up but I've been too busy too call him back.  Highly recommend.

We searched for a car for over 3 months when our search came to an abrupt halt after test driving the Jaguar XE Prestige.  Our experience only got better when we had the privilege to receive Savaun as our Sales Person and Antonio as the Sales Manager - I never thought buying/leasing a car would be so seamless - just so very easy!!!!!   I guess when you have Great people to work with the end result can only be a WONDERFUL Experience!!!!  Thank you Thank you Thank you Livermore Jaguar for not only providing an Excellent Product but also an Excellent Sales Team = OUTSTANDING!!!!!  We will be a Returning Customer for sure!!!!!!!!!

In and out for service. Took about an 1 or so. Not bad. Have another appointment soon. They have some nice cars in there too
