One of the worst client service I ever experienced. They made a mistake on our tax returns (of course we should have double checked, but we missed it) and now there is no way I can get a hold of anyone in that office. 
Deceiving and sloppy I would characterize them.

I did not even get a chance to talk to these guys even after paying so much money for my filing. No response from this guy. Would not recommend strictly.  He may have enough clients but not interested in new clients definetly

Robin is one of the consultant not reliable.He took money and stopped responding.I reached him so many times through email but no response.Dont go to this place
